Prediction of limit drawing coefficient for cylinder based on plastic strain ratio

摘要 依据Whitely危险断面强度计算公式,在分析圆筒形件拉深过程中的应力应变分布的基础上,考虑塑性应变比对板料成形极限的影响,提出了适合各向异性材料的圆筒形件极限拉深系数的预测式,并探讨了计算误差的来源。实验结果表明:本预测式计算值与实验检测值的相对误差在4.4%以内,可较准确地反映板材成形性能与及变形程度之间的关系。 On the basis of risk section strength formula of Whitely and analyzing stress-strain distribution of the cylinder part in the process of deep drawing, a prediction formula suitable for anisotropic materials was proposed and the error source of formula calculation was explored, considering the effect of plastic strain ratio on sheet metal forming limit. The result shows that the difference between calculated pressure and experimental value is within 4.4%, which can more accurately reflect the relationship of deformation capability of sheet metal and deformation degree.
