摘要
以带法兰的杯形件拉深为研究对象,提出在圆坯边缘上加工周向均布小孔后进行拉深的新工艺方法;分析小孔圆坯拉深的力学特点,说明了该方法能提高板料成形能力;运用LS-DYNA对采用这一工艺方法和拉深孔工艺及无小孔圆坯的拉深进行有限元模拟,并与试验进行比较,结果表明,该工艺方法的拉深效果显著。
Deep drawing of cylindrical cup with flange was investigated. Circle blank with equally-distributed small hole on edge was used. Deformation mechanism of such kind circle blank during deep drawing was analyzed. Numerical simulation was carried out for deep drawing of circle blank with and without small hole, and was compared with experimental results. Results show that deep drawing with small holes on the edge of blank is effective to improve the drawability.
