摘要 对精密多工位级进模的多步弯曲成形进行研究,提出从能量守恒的角度结合数值模拟与功能转换的方法来提高多步弯曲成形精度及减少回弹,以HDMI连接器零件为例,针对90°弯曲部位设计4种折弯方案,分析每种成形方案及回弹过程中相应的板料内能变化并加以比较,确定较优的设计方案。 The multi-step bending forming process of precision progressive dies was investigated. A method for improving the bending precision and reducing the spring back was proposed in which numerical simulation technique was combined with function transformation according to energy conservation. Taking an HDMI connector iron shell as an example, four bending plans were developed for the 90° bending. The changes of internal energy in the forming and spring back process of various sheet metals were computed and compared and an optimized scheme was achieved.
