摘要
针对四辊卷板机主要依靠操作者经验采用试凑法对板材进行卷制的缺陷,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Explicit对四辊卷板机的板材卷制成形过程进行模拟,并根据模拟结果进行板材成形试验研究,尝试摸索出一套适合四辊卷板机的生产工艺,能够为四辊卷板机的生产实践提供指导依据。
The operation of 4-roll plate benders depends on the operator′s skill by ＂ trial and error＂ method significantly.This is a serious shortcoming. For the purpose of overcoming this shortcoming, the paper uses finite element software ABAQUS/Explicit to simulate how a 4-roll plate bender bends plates, and analyze the plate forming tests based on the simulation results to try to find out proper operational techniques for 4-roll plate benders to guide the operation in practice.
