摘要
井斜的存在对抽油泵的工作效果会产生严重的不利影响,特别是在大斜度井中,常规抽油泵采油系统存在泵阀关闭滞后、效率低等问题。改进固定阀、游动阀结构,对其阀球设置导向结构,可以实现强制启闭、关闭及时、复位准确。建立斜井中抽油泵的阀球运动模型,运用解析法分别得到斜井下导向抽油泵与常规泵的阀球启闭时间,并进行对比。结果表明:在大井斜角度时,导向抽油泵的启闭滞后时间小于常规泵的启闭滞后时间,其启闭特性明显优于常规泵。
Well deviation will have serious adverse effects for pump work effect. In highly deviated wells, conventional oil pump valve closed system has lagged behind, and low efficiency. Improving the structure of the fixed valve and traveling valve and set the guiding structure for its ball, can be achieved forced open and close, close in time and reset accurate. Under inclined wells environ- ment, establishing pumping movement of the ball valve model, by using the analytical method to get oriented with conventional pump ball valve opening and closing times,and compare. Compara- tive results:When a large inclination angle,the overall hoist lag time of oriented pump less than conventional pump, and its opening and closing characteristics significantly better than conven- tional pump.
