摘要
为解决大排量泵因无法在套变井变点以下生产而影响采油井产量的问题,开展了新型双作用抽油泵技术研究。通过修改双作用抽油泵的内部结构使其具有102mm的最大外径和相当于φ83mm、φ95mm抽油泵的排量,以适应大排量套变井井况。对新型双作用抽油泵进行载荷分析计算,确定了双作用抽油泵的加重杆配置算法。在大庆油田萨南开发区南二区块现场试验了两口井,日产液量较试验前维持生产时提高40%以上。新型双作用抽油泵技术实现了套变点以下小泵径大排量举升,有效提高了套变井产能。
In order to solve the problem that large displacement pump could not be used below the casing deformation point affecting the oil production in the casing deformation wells,the research of a novel dual function oil well pump technology have been carried out.By modifying the internal structure of dual function pump,the maximum outside diameter of the pump is up to 102mm,which is equivalent to the displacement of?83mm or?95mm pumps,so as to fit for the well status of casing deformation wells with large displacement.Through the analysis and calculation of loads on the novel dual function pump,the algorithm of weight bar configuration for dual function pump has been determined.The novel pumps have been tested in two wells of Nan2 block in Sa′nan development zone in Daqing Oilfield,and the daily liquid production was increased by more than 40%compared with that before experiment.The novel dual function oil well pump technology has realized the large displacement lifting with small pump diameter below the casing deformation point,and improved the productivity effectively of casing deformation well.
