摘要
针对目前应用于水平井封堵的水泥类封堵剂固化后脆性高、内部容易开裂,粘接强度不高的问题,通过在堵剂体系中加入有机聚合物增强剂PS-1提高体系整体强度,考察了PS-1增强剂对堵水剂体系固化过程的影响。实验结果表明:聚合物PS-1在延迟水泥水化过程的同时,在水泥固化过程中形成的白色膜状缔合结构使堵剂体系在固化后结构更加紧密,显著增强体系的整体强度。利用填砂管物模实验评价了堵剂体系的封堵性能,结果表明:在封堵剂体系固化28 d时,封堵剂突破压力达到0.92 MPa/cm,封堵率达到95.9%。
In response to the problems of high brittleness,internal cracking and low bonding strength of cement plugging agent currently used for horizontal well plugging after solidification,the organic polymer reinforcing agent PS-1 was added to the plugging agent system to improve the overall strength of the system.The effect of PS-1 enhancer on the solidification process of the water plugging agent system was investigated through infrared spectrum,XRD and SEM analysis.The test results showed that polymer PS-1 can delay the cement hydration process,and the white film-like association structure formed during the cement solidification process can make the structure of the plugging agent system more compact after solidification,and significantly enhance the overall strength of the system.Finally,the sealing performance of the plugging agent system at different curing times was evaluated through physical model test of the sand filled pipes.When the plugging agent system is solidified for 28 d,the penetration pressure of the plugging agent reaches 0.92 MPa/cm,and the plugging rate reaches 95.9%.
