Research and application of oil production technology for horizontal wells

摘要 为解决水下窄河道砂体水平井采油过程中出现的泵效低、沉没度低、产量下降快等问题,开展了水平井采油技术研究。结合杏北X区块概况及存在的问题,研制了新型斜井泵,以适应抽油泵在井斜角较大的造斜段工作;对抽油杆在斜井段进行受力分析计算,确定了抽油杆扶正器的合理间距;综合考虑油藏中深、井底流压和沉没度等因素,确定了合理的下泵深度,并建立斜井泵筒在斜井段的极限状态模型,明确了斜井泵筒在斜井段的可通过性。现场试验两口井,平均单井日产液量较试验前提高了24.9t,下泵深度加深了321m,沉没度加深了266m,泵效提高了22%,新型斜井泵工作井斜角最大达到60.5°。该工艺技术的应用确保了三类油层应用水平井的高效开采,为该类油层水平井挖潜提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of low pump efficiency,low submergence degree and rapid decline of production rate in horizontal wells with sand body of underwater narrow channel,etc.,the oil production technology for horizontal wells has been studied.According to the general situation and existing problems in Xingbei X Block,a new type of inclined well pump has been developed to suit the pumping work in kick-off section with large deviation angle.Through the force analysis and calculation of sucker rod in inclined well section,the reasonable spacing of sucker rod centralizer was determined.The reasonable running depth of pump is determined by considering such factors as flow pressure at mid-depth and bottom hole of oil reservoir,and submergence degree,etc.The limit state model of inclined well pump at inclined section is also established,which can clarify the passing possibility of inclined well pump in the inclined well section.In the field test of two wells,the average daily liquid production in a single well was 24.9 t higher than that before the test,running pump depth deepened by 321 m,submergence degree increased by 266 m,pump efficiency raised by 22%,and the maximum deviation angle of the new inclined well pump could be 60.5°.The application of the technology can keep high efficiency of production in horizontal wells in TypeⅢoil reservoirs,and provide a reference for tapping the potential of horizontal wells in this kind of reservoirs.
