摘要
在大斜度井中,常规管式泵采油系统存在管杆偏磨严重、泵阀关闭滞后、效率低等问题。改进了泵的结构,即:固定阀采用弹簧结构,实现强制关闭;游动阀设计有半球阀-中心连杆结构,使阀球复位准确;采用3级密封柱塞,密封可靠;改进扶正器结构,减少偏磨。研制的大斜度井抽油泵可适用于井斜为0~90°的定向井,泵效提高约7%,减少了柱塞及管杆偏磨。
In highly-deviated wells, eccentric wear of rod and tubing, pump valve closes, and serious lag of low efficiency problem exist in the conventional pipe type pump oil production system. To improve pump structure,namely,the fixed valve adopts the spring structure to realize the forced closing;the traveling valve was designed with the hemisphere valve-central rod structure, so that the valve ball can be accurately reset. Three sealing plungers were used with reliable sealing. The centralizer structure was improved to reduce the eccentric wear. Development of the high angle well pump can be applied to borehole deviation suitable for 0-90 °directional well,pump efficien- cy was increased about 7 %,thus reduced the plunger and the eccentric wear of rod and tubing.
