摘要
介绍了一种基于ARM9的直线电机驱动潜油无杆泵监测系统的软硬件设计与实现。采用多传感器技术进行数据收集,使用高精度的AD7656A/D芯片实现多通道同步采样。系统采用了高性能低功耗S3C2440AARM9芯片作为主处理器,操作系统采用Linux系统,使用SD卡进行数据存储,外部有键盘进行输入,软件采用Nokia公司推出的Qt4.6作为开发平台进行开发,拥有良好的可视化界面。最后进行系统调试,能很好地完成多通道数据采集。
The software and hardware design of the condition monitoring system are proposed,in which submergible rodless pump driven by linear and it is based on ARM9.This system uses multi-sensor technology for data acquisition and high precision A/D converter AD7656 to realize multi-channel synchronous sample,while the high performance low power consumption S3C2440A ARM9 chip is used as the main processor.Operation system is Linux and SD card is used as the store device.A keyboard is used as input.Qt4.6,which is launched by Nokia,is taken as the development platform.It has good visual interface.It can achieve the goal of multi-channel high precision data acquisition.
