摘要
国际化战略是俄罗斯提升自身高等教育国际竞争力的重要举措。为更好地与国际高等教育接轨,俄罗斯从教育市场化、法制化与建立共同愿景等高等教育国际化战略思维出发,积极推行"办学主体多元化、重新定位大学及其分类方式、寻求区域合作伙伴关系、构建高等教育质量认证体系"等高教国际化改革,对我国高等教育国际化改革具有重要的参考价值。
Strategy of the internationalization is one of the important measures of Russian higher education to promote its international competitiveness. In order to be in line with international higher ed- ucation, Russia promotes a series of reform of ＂a variety of subjects to run a school, reorientation of universities and classification, seeking regional cooperative partnership and constructing quality certifi- cation system of higher education＂ from the perspective of internationalized strategy such as market- oriented education, legalization and construction of a common view. This provides an important refer- ence for our reform.
