摘要
进入社会转型期的俄罗斯在培养高等教育人才方面实施了多项改革。文章对20世纪90年代以来,俄罗斯在该领域出现的人才培养规格的多级化、培养水平的标准化、培养内容的人道化与人文化以及培养形式的多样化等改革新趋势进行了具体评析。
Several measures have been taken to cultivate talents in Russian higher education during so-cial transition.This paper assesses and analyses in detail some new reform trends of higher education in1990s,which are the multifacet of educating norms,the standization of educating level,the humanity of edu-cating contents and the diversity of educating methods.
