摘要 大、中学德育教师是德育衔接工作的计划者和实施者,其专业素养是直接影响德育衔接的关键因素,在德育教师专业素养培育基础上的衔接才是有效的德育衔接。因此,准确把握当前德育教师专业素养的培育与衔接的现状和问题,提升德育教师的育人能力和衔接水平,探索德育教师专业素养培养与衔接的常态化,是实现大、中学德育衔接的有效保证。 Moral education teachers in the college and the middle school are planners and implementers of moral con- vergence work, the professionalism is a key factor in the direct influence of moral convergence, convergence in the culti vation of moral teacher professionalism is based on valid moral convergence. Therefore, to grasp the current situation and problems of convergence of moral cultivation and professionalism, improve education levels of ability and convergence of moral teachers, explore moral education teacher professionalism and cohesion, moral education in schools is to achieve convergence effectively guaranteed.
