摘要
国内国际形势变化、网络技术普及、高校改革、多元价值观并存等对德育工作提出了新挑战。为探索新时期高校德育工作的有效途径,增强德育工作的针对性和有效性,从德育工作实效性低、德育主渠道不畅、误解德育首位思想、市场经济对德育工作的不利影响、政工队伍力量薄弱等几个方面分析了我国高校德育工作和存在的问题。进而提出了应确立现代化的德育观念、创新德育内容,坚持生活化的德育价值取向、构建个性化的德育模式,创立科学化的德育方式、拓展网络时代的德育途径,加强政工队伍建设、提升德育教师素质等对策。
The changes in domestic and international situation, the popularized of network technology, the reforming in universities, these and many varieties of values and bring new challenges to the university moral education work. For exploring the effective way of universities moral education work in the new era and enhancing validity in moral education work, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the university moral education in the following respects： the low working actual effect of moral education, the unsmooth main channel of moral, misunderstanding the thought of ＂moral education first＂, adverse effect on the moral content of market economy, weakness in team＇s strength of the political and ideological workers and the low quality of moral education practitioners, etc. Then a series of moral education working development countermeasures are proposed such as establishing modernized moral education idea, strengthening the moral content of the innovating type, insisting on realistic moral education value, structuring the individualized moral education mode, expanding the moral education ways of cybertimes, consolidating the building of contingent of the political and ideological work, promoting teacher＇ s quality of moral education, etc.
