摘要
以红豆越橘优树为材料,研究影响红豆越橘离体培养的因素,筛选适合的外植体灭菌方法及培养基配方,攻克试管苗生根难题,建立完整的组织培养体系。试验结果表明:以WPM(改良)+6-BA1.0mg/L+ZT0.5mg/L培养基培养30 d的试管苗增殖倍数达3.8;以苔藓培养的试管苗瓶外生根效果较好,平均生根3.8条,平均根长1.32 cm;并且试管苗在9月份移栽较易成活。
The impact factors for the in vitro culture of Vaccinnium vitis-idaea L. were studied,and the propoer sterilization method of explants and culture medium were selected,and a complete tissue culture system was established. The results showed that the medium formula was WPM ＋ 6- BA1. 0 mg / L ＋ ZT0. 5 mg / L（ improved）,the proliferation was 3. 8 times for 30 d; ex vitro rooting effect was good in moss cultured plantlets with average number of roots of 3. 8 and average root length of 1. 32 cm; and the plantlets transplanting was easy to survive in September.
