笃斯越橘继代增殖中激素、碳源的调节研究

摘要 在笃斯越橘(Vaccinium uliginosum)组培苗继代培养中,为提高增殖效果,降低生产成本,获得健壮的组培苗,研究了不同激素(ZT、KT、IBA)和碳源对笃斯越橘组培芽继代培养的调节作用。结果表明:ZT 0.5 mg·L^-1+KT 0.5 mg·L^-1+IBA 0.3 mg·L^-1的激素组合在笃斯越橘继代增殖中表现效果最佳;培养基中使用蔗糖对笃斯越橘试管苗的增殖效果较好,但与白糖相比无明显差别,糖的浓度30 g·L^-1最佳。考虑降低工厂化的生产成本,可选用白糖作为笃斯越橘继代增殖的碳源。 In the subculture of Vaccinium uliginosum tissue culture seedlings,in order to improve the proliferation effect,reduce production costs,and obtain robust tissue culture seedlings,the regulation effects of different hormones(ZT,KT,IBA)and carbon sources on subculture of tissue culture bud for vaccinium uliginosum were studied.Result shows that the hormone combination of ZT 0.5 mg·L^-1+KT 0.5 mg·L^-1+IBA 0.3 mg·L^-1 is the optimal in the subculture and proliferation of vaccinium uliginosum.Result shows that sucrose have optimal effects on the proliferation of vaccinium uliginosum plantlets,but there is no significant difference compared with common sugar.The optimal concentration of sugar is 30 g·L^-1.Considering of reducing cost,common sugar should be chosen as the carbon source.
