摘要
通过问卷调查法对长春市幼儿园教师职业压力来源进行调查,结果发现大部分幼儿园教师职业压力处于中等偏上状态;幼儿及家长被认为是最大的职业压力来源。应对幼儿园教师的职业压力,需要政府、社会、幼儿园、教师多方协作,才能保证幼儿园教师的心理健康,使她们能以饱满的热情,全身心投入到幼儿教育工作中来。
The survey on kindergarten teacners kindergarten teachers often endure a little higher career pressure. Children and their parents were regarded as the main pressure source. To help teachers to cope with the pressure, the government, society, kindergarten and teachers themselves should make efforts together.
