摘要
目的:研究手术室护士工作家庭冲突和睡眠质量的相关性。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年10月在厦门市中医院手术室工作的护士140名作为研究对象,采用工作-家庭冲突量表、睡眠质量量表对这140名护士展开调查,并分析工作家庭冲突对手术室护士睡眠质量的影响。结果:140名手术室护士工作-家庭冲突量表平均总分为(5.61±1.39)分,家庭-工作冲突量表平均总分为(2.84±1.11)分,睡眠质量平均总分为(8.54±4.16)分。工作家庭冲突与睡眠质量呈正相关。结论:工作家庭冲突对手术室护士的睡眠质量影响较大,两者存在正相关的联系,若要改善手术室护士的睡眠质量,首先要缓解工作家庭冲突。
Objective:To study the correlation between job family conflict and sleep quality in operating room nurses.Methods:A total of 140 nurses working in the operating room from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as random subjects according to the random sampling method.The 140 nurses were developed using the Work-Family Conflict Scale and the Sleep Quality Scale.Investigate and analyze the impact of work-family conflicts on sleep quality in operating room nurses.Results:The average score of the work-family conflict scale for the 140 operating room nurses was(5.61±1.39),the average total score for the family-work conflict scale was(2.84±1.11),and the average total sleep quality was(8.54±4.16).Work-family conflicts are positively correlated with sleep quality.Conclusion:Working family conflict has a great impact on the quality of sleep in operating room nurses.There is a positive correlation between the two.To improve the sleep quality of nurses in the operating room,we must first ease the conflict of working families.
