摘要
叙述了将第1期BiTAC常极距离子膜电解槽改造为i-BiTAC膜极距电解槽的运行情况。改造前后参数对比分析显示降耗效果明显,经济效益显著,并为第2期BiTAC常极距离子膜电解槽升级为i-BiTAC膜极距电解槽奠定了基础。
The running situation of i-BiTAC ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers with membrane- thickness electrode-distance which were transformed from the first stage of BiTAC ones with ordinary electrode distance was described. Running parameters before and after transformation were compared, showing that the transformation created remarkable energy-saving effects and economic benefit. Foundation was laid for upgrading the second stage of BiTAC electrolyzers with ordinary electrode distance to ones with membrane-thickness electrode-distance.
