摘要
对内蒙古君正化工有限责任公司事故氯工序出现的…级废氯气吸收塔进气管口结盐问题进行分析。解析结晶物的96%以上是氯化钠,根据事故氯反应机制,分析出现结晶物的原因可能是:次氯酸钠稳定性差,其他微弱反应产生沉淀。给出具体解决措施:调整碱液浓度,控制循环碱液温度适宜,保证废气吸收塔内气液接触均匀,提高次氯酸钠稳定性。实际运行验证上述解决措施可以缓解或解决次氯酸钠溶液结晶问题。
The problem that salt deposited at the intake pipe of the first stage waste chlorine absorption tower in the accident chlorine process at Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical Co., Ltd. was analyzed. More than 96% of the salt crystal was sodium chloride. According to the accident chlorine reaction mechanism, the reasons for the crystals may be that the stability of sodium hypochlorite is poor and precipitation occurs in other weak reactions. The following solutions are given: adjusting the concentration of alkali liquor, controlling the appropriate temperature of circulating alkali liquor, ensuring uniform gas-liquid contact in the waste gas absorption tower, and improving the stability of sodium hypochlorite. The practical operation proves that the above measures can alleviate or solve the crystallization problem of sodium hypochlorite solution.
