摘要
为了解决离子膜法高电密电解槽因使用年限增加引起槽电压上升、电流效率降低的问题,将其改造为零极距电解槽,辅以电气改造和工艺联锁的调整,取得了较好效果,改造后的零极距电解槽与普通高电密电解槽投产初期相比,交流电耗下降了65 kWh/t,具有明显的节电优势。
In order to solve the problems of cell voltage rising and current efficiency reducing which caused by increasing service life of high current density ionic membrane electrolyzer; transformed them to zero polar distance electrolyzer supplemented by electric transformation and process interlock adjustment could obtained good effect. Ac power consumption of transformed zero polar distance electrolyzer dropped 65kWh/t compared with ordinary high current density electrolyzer which had obvious power-saving advantages.
