摘要
文章在梳理高等学校职能演变的基础上分析了科研、社会服务对高校教学及其研究的冲击以及高校教学研究面临的困境,以西部某综合性大学教学研究项目为例指出了高校教学研究存在的选题偏离、方法失当等问题。最后,作者提出从学术的角度定位大学教学及其研究、加强教师教学技能培训、强化教学行动研究等对策。
Based on the summary of the evolution of the universities' functions,this paper analyzes the impacts and predicaments currently confronting the universities ' teaching and research by scientific research and social service. Take a university 's teaching research programs in west China as an example,the paper points out the problems existing in universities' teaching research,such as research topics departing from main problems,improper research methods and so on. Finally,some countermeasures have been put forward,such as orienting the university teaching and research from academic aspect,intensifying teachers' training in teaching skills,and reinforcing research on teaching action,etc.
