摘要
本文以陕西省为例,通过实际走访调查,对当前独立学院教师队伍建设的现状、存在问题及原因的分析,提出了教师队伍建设的相关建议和思考。
Taking Shanxi province as an example, by the actual visits, this article analyzes the current faculty＇s situation and problems in independent colleges and puts forward the related suggestions of faculty building.
