摘要
独立学院的兴办是我国高等教育办学机制与模式的创新,是我国高等教育发展的需要。本文系统分析了独立学院人力资源管理现状及存在问题,并在此基础上提出独立了学院人力资源管理和开发的有效途径、适合于独立学院人力资源管理的建议和对策。
The establishment of the private colleges in China is an innovation of the system and forms of the higher education,and is the need of higher education of our country.So the healthy and fast developing of the private colleges in China is much more important.This research focuses on the analysis of the present patterns of human resources management of independent colleges,and trying to find out the suggestion and policies to cope with it.
