摘要
人力资源是独立学院所有资源中最具创造力的资源,它决定着独立学院的生存和发展。本文阐述了独立学院人力资源管理的特点,分析了独立学院人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,并提出有利于提升独立学院核心竞争力的人力资源管理对策。
Independent College is a new thing of Higher Education in China.If Independent Colleges want to be in an invincible position in the competition,they must strengthen the core competence,access to sustainable,unique,the overall competitive predominance.Human resource is the most creative resource of independent colleges,determining the Independent Colleges' survival and development.This article discusses the feature of the Human Resources Management of Independent College,analyses the problem exist in Human Resources Management of Independent College,and bring forward human resources management strategies to strengthen the core competence of Independent Colleges.
