摘要
独立学院作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在我国高等教育大众化进程中发挥了重要作用。但由于独立学院是一种新型的办学模式,而且发展时间较短,在办学过程中仍然存在着一些问题。本文将独立学院自身特点与现代人力资源管理相结合,对独立学院人力资源管理的现状、存在的问题等进行了剖析,提出了独立学院人力资源管理的创新策略。
The independent institute takes our country higher education's important component, has played the influential role in our country higher education popularity advancement. But because the independent institute is one kind of new school pattern, moreover the development time is short, still has some problems in the school process. This article unifies independent institute own characteristic and modern human resources management, to the independent institute human resources management's present situation, the existence question and so on has carried on the analysis, proposed the independent institute human resources management innovation strategy.
