摘要
实现"强军梦"离不开军事院校的人才培养工作,军校教员的教学学术能力对于实现人才培养目标具有决定性作用。结合军校教育教学的特殊性,对军校教员教学学术能力结构进行了分析,包括政治政策、教学业务、创新研究、军事身心、管理能力等五个方面。该分析有助于军校教员明确努力发展方向,也有利于军校对教员的引进、培养与管理,促进军校高素质教员队伍建设和教学工作的全面发展。
The dream of a strong army cannot be realized without personnel training in military acaue- mies. Acccording to the particularity of military teaching, this paper makes an analysis of the teaching and academic capabilities of teachers in five aspects, educational and political policies, professional skill, innovative research, military fitness, and management capability. This will not only help teachers know how to work hard but also make the military academies do well in inviting, cultivating and managing teachers, thereby promoting an all-round development of the teaching-staff building and teaching work.
