鼻炎清颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的免疫机制研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察鼻炎清颗粒对大鼠变应性鼻炎免疫系统的影响。方法用卵清蛋白、氢氧化铝致敏大鼠建立变应性鼻炎动物模型,鼻炎清颗粒灌胃给药14 d后,观察大鼠的行为学表现,检测大鼠血清IL-4、Ig E的水平,并进行比较。结果药物治疗后,鼻炎清颗粒组的行为学评分、血清IL-4、Ig E的水平与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻炎清颗粒通过调节大鼠的免疫系统,改善大鼠的体质,从而达到治疗变应性鼻炎的目的 。 Objetive To observe effect of Biyanqing granules on immune system of rats with allergic rhinitis. Methods Rats were sensitized by ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide,Allergic rhinitis animal model had been successfully established. Rat stomachs were pumped into the Biyanqing granules, after 14 days, observed the behavior of rats. IL-4,Ig E in the serum of rats were detected and compared. Results After treatment, behavior scores, IL-4, Ig E levels of Biyanqing granules group were significantly improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Biyanqing granules can regulates the rat's immune system, improve the health of them. So as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of allergie rhinitis.
