摘要
目的观察加味玉屏风散治疗变应性鼻炎效果。方法选取我院收治且病历资料完整的变应性鼻炎患者90例为观察对象,分为观察组及对照组各45例,观察组患者采用玉屏风散联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组患者仅给予氯雷他定治疗,对比2组患者治疗后临床症状改善情况及临床疗效,并检测2组患者治疗前后血清血清干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平变化。结果观察组治疗后临床症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组,而IL-4、IL-5、IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散联合氯雷他定可效缓解变应性鼻炎患者临床症状,调节Th1/Th2免疫应答失衡,提高疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Jiawei Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted in our hospital and had complete medical records were included in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment protocols with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given Jiawei Yupingfeng powder in combined with loratadine,while the patients in the control group were only given loratadine. The improvement of clinical symptoms and the clinical efficacy after treatment in the two groups were compared. The levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-5,and IL-10 before and after treatment in the two groups were detected. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum IFN-γ level after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the levels of IL-4,IL-5,and IL-10 were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jiawei Yupingfeng powder in combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,regulate the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 immune response,and enhance the efficacy.
