摘要
目的:查阅并整理穴位疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)的机理研究文献,总结规律,以期指导穴位疗法治疗AR机制研究的深入开展。方法:利用计算机检索,并结合手工检索,查阅1989—2013年有关穴位疗法治疗AR的机理研究文献,并对文献进行归纳整理与分析。结果:穴位疗法主要通过调节免疫功能、调节神经系统功能、改善血液循环三大途径改善AR患者临床症状。结论:穴位疗法治疗AR的机理非常复杂,与免疫、神经、血液循环等多种因素有关,其作用途径涉及神经、内分泌、免疫等多系统、多靶点,是通过神经-内分泌-免疫网络实现的。
Objective：To search and analyze the literature of mechanism studies about acupoint therapy for allergic rhinitis（AR）,and to summarize the rules to guide the deep mechanism study of acupoint therapy for AR. Methods：By computer retrieval combining with manual searching,the literature of mechanism studies about acupoint therapy for AR（between 1989 and 2013）was collected,reorganized and analyzed. Results：The acupoint therapy can improve AR patients＇ clinical symptoms mainly by regulating functions of immune and nervous systems,improving the blood circulation. Conclusion：The mechanism of acupoint therapy for AR is very complicated,it relates to immunity,nerve,blood circulation,and so on,the pathways are multi-system,multi- target of nerve,endocrine,immunity,etc. The therapeutic efficacy of acupoint therapy is accomplished through the nerve-endocrine-immune network.
