摘要
目的探讨应用针灸治疗变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效及鼻镜下变化。方法选取于2013年1月-2016年1月来我院就诊的60例变应性鼻炎患者进行针灸治疗,分别记录患者治疗前后的鼻部总体症状,对比治疗前后的鼻炎症状体征评分和分类症状VAS评分。结果治疗后,60例患者中,显效18例,有效31例,无效11例,总有效率为81.7%。60例患者共120鼻腔。治疗前,左侧鼻腔淡红色28例,苍白色30例,暗红色2例;右侧鼻腔淡红色18例,苍白色40例,暗红色2例。治疗后,左侧鼻腔淡红色40例,苍白色18例,暗红色2例;右侧鼻腔淡红色40例,苍白色18例,暗红色2例。治疗后鼻腔黏膜淡红色所占比例明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,鼻部症状体征记分明显低于治疗前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,患者鼻部总体症状和分类VAS评分与治疗前比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论针灸治疗变应性鼻炎能够有效改善患者的鼻部症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the application of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis under change. Methods Selected a total of 60 cases of allergic rhinitis patients treated with acupuncture in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016, all patients were recorded nasal symptoms overall of the patients before and after treatment, compared before and after treatment of rhinitis symptoms score and symptom score classification VAS. Results After treatment, 60 cases were markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 31 cases, ineffective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 81.7%. A total of 120 nasal cavities were obtained in 60 patients. Before treatment, the left nasal cavity was pale red in 28 cases, pale in 30 cases, dark red in 2 cases, pale red in the right nasal cavity in 18 cases, pale in 40 cases, dark red in 2 cases. After treatment, the left nasal cavity was pale red in 40 cases, pale in 18 cases, dark red in 2 cases, pale red in the right nasal cavity in 40 cases, pale in 18 cases, dark red in 2 cases. After treatment, the proportion of red light in nasal mucosa was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.001）. After treatment, the scores of nasal symptoms and signs were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）. After treatment, the overall nasal symptoms and classification VAS score were significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.001）. Conclusions Acupuncture has a good curative effect on allergic rhinitis, which can effectively improve nasal symptoms of patients.
