摘要
在干部教育培训中运用互动研讨式教学,能够加强理论联系实际,促使学员主动学习,推动学员团队学习,提升教师专业水平,产生良好教学效果。这种教学方法要求教师转变角色,要求学员主动参与,强调教学中的交流互动,具有互动性、主体性、生成性、合作性、整合性和开放性等特点。开展互动研讨式教学,一般经历准备阶段、导入阶段、互动过程和效果评估等基本环节。
The implementation of interactive method of teaching in leadership training not only helps combine theory with practice but also stimulates students to study voluntarily and teachers to improve their teaching levels as well. During the process, teachers are encouraged to shift their roles and students to participate actively in order to enjoy the interaction, cooperation, integration and openness between the two parties. Generally speaking, there are four stages: preparation, introduction, interaction and evaluation when conducting interactive teaching.
