摘要
"结构化研讨"能够让每一位参与者在既定规则下获得充分发言的机会,使研讨变成一个有步骤、有方法、有引导、有成果的有效学习过程。它能有效激发参训学员的积极性和创造性,提升学员解决问题的能力,其研讨结果也能为政府部门宏观决策提供有益参考。国家林业局管理干部学院积极引入这一教学方法,经过精心组织、策划,结合林业干部培训目标开展了两次结构化研讨,共总结出111个林业干部普遍关心的问题,经过精心筛选,最后确定5个关键问题,对其进行深入分析,提出了一系列对策措施,取得了良好的培训效果。
"Structured Discussion" could provide each participant with adequate talking opportunities under the given rules, making the discussion process more effective and productive with clear procedures, methods and proper guidance. "Structured Discussion" could motivating the enthusiasm and creativity of participants effectively, improving the problem-solving ability of the participants. The discussion outcomes could be of some help in macro decision making for the government. By introducing such kind of teaching method, State Academy of Forestry Administration has elaborately organized and planned two structured discussions on the basis of the training targets of cadres in forestry, and summarized 111 issues concerned by cadres in forestry. 5 key issues were selected for detailed analysis and a series of strategies were proposed and the trainings were quite productive and fruitful.
