摘要
目的观察埋伏阻生上颌尖牙GCF中IL-8和OCN水平,并探讨其意义。方法选择本院口腔正畸牵引治疗者60例,对GCF中IL-8和OPN水平进行检测,并进行相关性分析。结果正畸治疗第0 h、1 h、24 h、48 h、7 d、14 d、30 d GCF中IL-8浓度分别为(58.47±20.78)ng/ml、(88.63±22.36)ng/ml、(118.63±41.37)ng/ml、(180.33±51.74)ng/ml、(91.46±25.24)ng/ml、(69.45±32.32)ng/ml、(62.32±27.13)ng/ml,治疗后第1 h、24 h、48 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);正畸治疗第0 h、1 h、24 h、48 h、7 d、14 d、30 d GCF中OCN浓度分别为(279.35±179.78)ng/ml、(388.63±172.34)ng/ml、(469.26±157.57)ng/ml、(558.64±154.86)ng/ml、(411.49±145.24)ng/ml、(389.47±132.32)ng/ml、(262.32±127.13)ng/ml,治疗后第24 h、48 h、7 d、14 d(P<0.01)差异有统计学意义,30 d后IL-8和OCN基本回复至基线水平(P>0.05);GCF中IL-8水平与OCN呈正相关(r=0.857,P<0.01)。结论 GCF中IL-8和OCN能反映牙周炎症和正畸牙修复情况。
Objective To observe the levels of IL- 8 and osteocalcin in gingival crevicular fluid of impacted maxillary canines treated with orthodontic traction and to explore its significance. Methods 60 patients treated with orthodontic traction in orthodontic clinic of our department were selected. The levels of IL- 8 and osteocalcin in gingival crevicular fluid( GCF) were measured,and the correlation of them was analysed. Results The level of IL- 8 concentration was( 58. 47 ± 20. 78) ng / ml,( 88. 63 ±22. 36) ng / ml,( 118. 63 ± 41. 37) ng / ml,( 180. 33 ± 51. 74) ng / ml,( 91. 46 ± 25. 24) ng / ml,( 69. 45 ± 32. 32) ng / ml,( 62. 32 ± 27. 13) ng/ml on the Zeroth hour,first hour,24 th hour,48 hour,7th day,14 th day and30 th day respectively,the concentration difference on the first hour,24 th hour,48 hour,7th day were statistically significant( P〈0. 01); The level of osteocalcin concentration was( 279. 35 ± 179. 78) ng / ml,( 388. 63 ± 172. 34) ng / ml,( 469. 26 ± 157. 57) ng / ml,( 558. 64 ±154. 86) ng / ml,( 411. 49 ± 145. 24) ng / ml,( 389. 47 ± 132. 32) ng / ml,( 262. 32 ± 127. 13) ng / ml on the Zeroth hour,first hour,24 th hour,48 th hour,7th day,14 th day,30 th day respectively,the concentration difference on the 24 th hour,48 th hour,7th day and 14 th day were statistically significant( P〈0. 01),and the level of IL- 8 and osteocalcin recovered to baseline level after 30 days( P〉0. 05). The concentration of IL- 8 and osteocalcin in gingival crevicular fluid were positively correlated( r = 0. 857,P〈0. 01). Conclusion The levels of IL- 8 and osteocalcin can reflect the periodontal inflammation and the repairment.
