摘要
目的:观察大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中Ⅰ型胶原和 MMP-1、TIMP-1 在上颌第一磨牙牙周组织中的表达和变化。方法:建立大鼠正畸磨牙移动模型,分为对照组和术后 1、3、5、7、10、14 天组,用免疫组织化学方法观察各组中Ⅰ型胶原和 MMP-1、TIMP-1表达的变化。结果:Ⅰ型胶原和 MMP-1、TIMP-1 在大鼠正畸牙周组织中的阳性表达明显强于对照组,且有时间依赖性。结论:Ⅰ型胶原在牙周组织改建中具有重要的作用,MMP-1、TIMP-1 参与了正畸牙周组织细胞外基质的代谢过程。
Objective To observe the expression and variation of collagen-Ⅰand MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in the periodontal tissues of first maxillary molar of rats during experimented orthodontic tooth movement. Methods Orthodontic appliance was placed between the left maxillary first molar and maxillary central incisors of rat. Grouped according to tooth movement days of 0、1、3、5、7、10 and 14d, Collagen-Ⅰand MMP-1、TIMP-1 expression was examined with immunohistochemistry technic and image analyses at 1、3、5、7、10 and 14 days after tooth movement. Results In tooth movement groups, the collagen-Ⅰand MMP-1、TIMP-1 expression in the periodontal tissues was more positive stained than that of the controls, and increased in a time dependent manner. Conclusion Collagen-Ⅰ was play important roles in the remolding of the periodontal tissues, and MMP-1 and TIMP-1 participated in the metabolism at ECM during orthodontic periodontal tissues remodeling.
