摘要 目的探讨录像反馈式练习法在新护士的护理教学中的应用效果。方法将52名新护士分为观察组和对照组,进行3项护理操作技能教学培训。教学流程为两组均通过观看护理技术操作程序与质量管理标准的光盘示教-培训者现场示教-受训者练习-回示教-纠错(反馈)-练习-考核过程,在回示教环节中,观察组采用录像反馈法,对照组采用纸笔式反馈法。根据技能考核成绩运用统计学方法比较两组反馈方法的效果。结果观察组3项操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其学习积极性、学习主动性、沟通技巧、操作熟练程度、动作协调性亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论录像反馈法在新护士的护理教学中优于传统教学方法。 Objective To investigate the application effect of video feedback method in new nurses′neurology nursing teaching skills training.Methods Dividing 52 new nurses into observation group and control group and doing three nursing skills teaching training items .Teaching process for the two groups was nursing techniques by watching the program and quality management standard CD teach -teach-site trainers-training-back to teach-error correction ( feedback )-exercise-appraisal process.In the back part of the teaching , obser-vation group used video feedback method , and feedback control group used pen and paper method.Comparison of the effect of feedback method used statistical methods based on two sets of skills assessment results.Results The three operating test results were better than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ).The learning initiative , communication skill , operation proficiency degree and movement synchronization were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Video feedback method is superior to traditional teaching methods in neurology nursing teaching .
