摘要
目的:探讨录像反馈法在新护士临床护理技能培训中的效果。方法:将60名新护士分为观察组和对照组,进行3项护理操作技能培训。在回示教环节中,观察组采用录像反馈法,对照组采用纸笔式反馈法。根据技能考核成绩比较2组反馈方法的效果。结果:观察组3项操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:录像反馈法在护理技能培训中优于传统反馈方法。
[ Objective] To study the effect of clinical nursing skills training on new nurses by using video feedback. [Method] 60 new recruiting nurses were divided into 2 equal groups- the observed group and the control one, which both accepted three trainings of clinical nursing care at the same time. The observed group was recorded by video feedback, while the control group /tid by traditional recording method. Results were compared by scores of the two groups. [ Result] Scores of the observed group was superior to the control group ( P 〈 0.01). [ Conclusion]Video feedback in clinical nursing skills training is superior to the traditional recording method.
