摘要
目的观察分析分层目标教学法在小儿内科护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取本院(在2017年7月—2019年3月)搜集的53例小儿内科护理实习生一般资料,按照数字随机表法分为试验组(应用分层目标教学法,26例)和对照组(应用传统带教方法,27例)。采用统计学分析两组小儿内科护理实习生的平均理论成绩得分、平均技能操作成绩得分以及实习结束后问卷调查情况(教师态度、带教意识、操作示范能力以及落实具体带教计划等满意率)。结果试验组小儿内科护理实习生的平均理论成绩得分、平均技能操作成绩得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组小儿内科护理实习生实习结束后问卷调查情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分层目标教学法在小儿内科护理实习生带教中的应用效果显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of stratified objective teaching method in the teaching of pediatric internal medicine nursing interns.Methods The general data of 53 pediatric nursing interns collected in our hospital(from July 2017 to March 2019)were selected,and were divided into experimental group(using hierarchical objective teaching method)and control group(using traditional guided teaching method)according to the number random table method,with 29 cases in each group.Statistics were used to analyze the average theoretical score,average skill operation score and questionnaire survey after the internship(satisfaction rate of teachers'attitude,teaching awareness,operation demonstration ability and implementation of specific teaching plan)of the two groups of pediatric internal medicine nursing interns.Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the results of the questionnaire survey were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the stratified objective teaching method in the teaching of pediatric nursing interns is significant.
