摘要
目的:建立复方银杏叶刺梨胶囊银杏黄酮醇苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为汉邦C18柱(200 mm×46 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-04%磷酸水溶液(50∶〖KG-*2/3〗50);流速为10 mL·min-1;检测波长为360 nm;柱温为30 ℃。结果:槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素分别在128~638 μg·mL-1、129~644 μg·mL-1、26~132 μg·mL-1线性关系良好,平均回收率槲皮素为9948 %,山柰素为10269%,异鼠李素为10015 %。结论:该测定方法简便易行、准确性好、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于复方银杏叶刺梨胶囊中银杏黄酮醇苷的质量控制。
