摘要
本文研究了复方银杏叶(CGS)对大鼠缺血损伤的保护作用。在脑垂体后叶素(Pit)致大鼠心肌缺血模型上,1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg、4.0g/kgCGS可显著抑制(Pit)致大鼠心电图T波的改变,降低血浆丙二醛含量和提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性。结果表明CGS对大鼠心肌缺血损伤有一定保护作用,其作用可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
This article reported the study on the protection of Compound Ginkgo Solution on myocardial ischemia damage of rats. On the rat myocardiai ischemia model induced by pituitrin (Pit), the Compound Ginkgo Solution (1. 0, 2. 0 and 4. 0 mg/kg) could strongly inhibit the electrocardiogram T- wave change of rat induced by Pit, decrease the malonic aldehyde content in plasma and raise the activity of superoxide dismutase. The results indicated that the Compound Ginkgo Solution has a certain protection on myocardial ischemia damage of rat, which is relative to anti-lipid peroxidization.
