摘要
目的观察复方银杏叶胶囊对大鼠高脂血症的影响。方法建立实验性大鼠高脂模型后,以复方银杏叶胶囊灌胃3周,观察大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL含量变化。结果与模型组比较,复方银杏叶胶囊高、中剂量组TG明显降低。结论复方银杏叶胶囊有降低血清三酰甘油的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of compound ginkgo leaf capsule on blood lipid in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Rats were randomly grouped seven. Except for the normal group , the other six groups were firsdy given high fat food by ig administration for three weeks, then among them, three groups were treated with compound ginkgo leaf capsule[ 225 mg/( kg · d), 112 mg/( kg · d), 56 mg/( kg · d), respectively], one group was given lipanthyl[ 22 mg/( kg · d) ], one group was given single ginkgo biloba extract[ 56 mg/( kg · d) ] as the positive drug, another one group was received agua destillata as the hyperlipidemia model. The treatment were consecutively carried out for three weeks. At the end, the vena jugularis exterua blood of each rat was tested. Results Compound ginkgo leaf capsule in high dose group could remarkably decrease the level of TG( P 〈 0. 01 ), in middle dose group significantly reduce the level of TG (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Compound ginkgo leaf capsule has effect of preventing and treating experimental hyperlipidemia rats.
