摘要
目的:探讨大黄虫丸抗早期动脉粥样硬化(AS)的机制。方法:采用免疫损伤合并高脂食饵的方法复制家兔早期AS模型,检测指标包括血脂测定;血清丙二醛(MDA)测定;血管壁组织形态学观察。结果:大黄虫丸对血脂各项指标无明显影响(P>0.05),但降低血清MDA水平(P<0.05),明显缩小主动脉AS斑块面积,减少泡沫细胞层数,减轻内膜增厚。结论:大黄虫丸通过非降脂的作用机制抑制AS的形成。
Aim: To observe the anti-atherosclerotic mechanisms by Dahuang Zhechong pill. Methods: The atherosclerotic model was established by hypercholesterol feeding together with immune-injured endothelium in rabbits. The levels of blood lipid and MDA in the serum were determined. Histological examination was done by light microscopes. Results: The results showed that the level of MDA was decreased and the level of blood lipid wasn' t significantly changed in Dahuang Zhechong pill-administered groups in comparison with the control group. Histological examination showed the reduced area of atherosclerotic plaque in aorta, the lightened intimal hyperplasia, descreased foam cells in drugadministered groups- Conclusions: Dabuang Zhechong pill can inhibit the development of early atherosclerosis by the nonlowering lipid mechanisms, including inhibition of the lipid oxidation.
