摘要
目的:探讨宁泰冲剂对实验性高脂血症小鼠脑和肝超氧化物歧化酶、单胺氧化酶的活性的影响。方法:采用小鼠高脂血症模型观察宁泰冲剂对小鼠胆固醇、甘油三酯及青年小鼠、老年小鼠脑和肝超氧化物歧化酶、单胺氧化酶的活性影响。结果:本品具有明显降低小鼠胆固醇、甘油三酯胆固醇的作用,对青年、老年小鼠脑MAO-B活性有明显抑制作用,对肝MAO-B抑制作用不明显。结论:宁泰冲剂是一个比较理想、安全无毒副作用的能降低实验小鼠高血脂症,而且可以延缓老年、青年小鼠衰老的中药制剂。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ningtai Granules on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity in brain and liver issue of mice with hyperlipemia. Methods: The hyperlipemia model of mice was used. Mice were supplemented with the guanules to evaluate the effect on cholesterol, triglyceride and SOD, MAO in brain and liver issue of young and gerontism mice. Results: The guanules acted as degrading obviously cholesterol and triglyceride of mice and exhibited a significant potency in inhibiting the activity of MAO in brain issue of young and gerontism mice, but not in liver. Conclusion: Ningtai Granules were ideal Chinese drugs preparation in relieving hyperlipemia and postponing senility without adverse reaction.
