摘要
目的建立垂盆草片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中垂盆草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定制剂中的槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。测定槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素含量分别在0.032~0.640μg/mL、0.011~0.220μg/mL和0.008~0.160μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为1.000 0,0.999 9,0.999 9,平均回收率分别为97.47%(RSD为1.67%)、96.98%(RSD为1.64%)和97.69%(RSD为2.37%)。结论所建立的方法可靠,能准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Chuipencao Tablet.Methods Herba sedi was i dentified by TLC.Quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were determined by HPLC method.Results TLC spots were clear and specific.The calibration curves of quercetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin were separately linear in the range of 0.032~0.640μg/mL,0.011~0.220μg/mL and 0.008~0.160μg/mL with correlation coefficient 1.000 0,0.999 9and 0.999 9.The average recovery were 97.47%(RSD=1.67%),96.98%(RSD=1.64%)and 97.69%(RSD=2.37%).Conclusion The method was reliable,accurate and specific.It may be used to the quality control of the preparation.
