德国教师教育见习及第二次国家资格考试制度研究 被引量:10

摘要 德国教师教育设有独立的见习期,其见习制度的缘起和发展与德国的社会变迁密切相关.当前,德国对教师教育见习阶段的运作、准入条件、服务时间、任务组成、理论学习等都有非常明确的规定.见习阶段结束时,见习教师还需参加第二次国家教师资格证书考试,德国各州对此次考试的目的、考试委员会组成、考试的形式及内容、考试评价等也都有相应的规定.为了提升各州在教师教育见习及第二次国家教师资格证书考试方面的一致性,德国政府制定了具有明确针对性的教师教育标准.深入解读德国教师教育见习及第二次国家教师资格证书考试制度,可为我国教师教育教学实践及教师资格证书考试提供参考. The origin and development of the Educational Probation Stage in Teacher Education has close relationship with the social reform of Germany.Nowadays,there exists a separate Educational Probation Stage in Germany teacher education system.The management,the entrance and the dura-tion of this stage follow specific rules of Germany governments.At the end of the stage,the cadet teacher needs to participate in the second state examination of teaching certificate.There are also cor-responding rules towards the second state examination.In order to improve the consistency and the quality of Educational Probation between different states,the German government published teacher education standards aiming at the Educational Probation Stage and the Second State Examination of Teaching Certificate.Some enlightenment can be derived from the experience of Germany.
