火焰原子吸收法测定枸橼酸铋钾胶囊中铋的含量

摘要 目的建立火焰原子吸收法测定枸橼酸铋钾胶囊中铋含量的方法。方法检测波长为223.1nm;灯电流为10.0mA;狭缝宽度为0.5nm;燃气流量为2.2L·min-1;助燃气流量为15.0L·min-1。结果铋的线性范围为10-30μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.5%(n=9)。结论该方法可以有效控制枸橼酸铋钾胶囊的质量,方法简单、专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确。 Objective To establish an FAAS method for determination of the content of Bi in Bismuth potassium citrate capsules.Methods The detection wavelength was set at 223.1nm;the electric current of the Bight was 10.0mA;the slit-width was 0.5nm;the flow rate of burning gas was 2.2Lmin-1 and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 15.0Lmin-1.Results The calibration curve of Bi was in good linearity over the range of 10-30g mL^-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD 0.5%(n=9).ConclusionIt can be effectively used for controlling the quality of Bismuth potassium citrate capsules.The method is simple,specific,sensitive and accurate.
