摘要
用湿法硝化法前处理野生云南黄花稔的根、茎、叶,采用火焰原子吸收法分别对其根、茎、叶中Mg、Cu、Fe、Ni、Mn、Zn、Pb 7种微量元素进行测定。结果显示元素含量Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Pb〉Mn〉Ni〉Cu;RSD在0.3%~1.6%之间。各元素在其不同用药部位的含量也不相同,Cu、Pb 2种元素的含量根〉茎〉叶;Ni、Fe的含量根〉叶〉茎;Mn、Mg、Zn 3种元素的含量叶〉茎〉根,说明黄花稔不同部位对各元素的富集能力不同。
The Sida yunnanensis was pretreared by the methord of nitrification. ~,ven trace elements were determined by flame atome absorption spectrophotometer. Trace element in Sida yunnanensis are Mg 〉 Fe 〉 Zn 〉 Pb 〉 Mn 2〉 Ni 2〉 Cu. The RSD is 0.3 % -- 1.6 %. Each element in the different part of the drug content is also not the same, Cu and Pb in root 2〉 stem 2〉 leaf; Ni, Fe in root 2〉 leaf 〉 stem; Mn,Mg, Zn three kinds of element contents in leaf 2〉 stem 2〉 root. It showed that different parts of Sida yunnanensis have diffent ability for each element.
