摘要
研究了在H2 SO4介质中 ,高碘酸钾氧化偶氮羧I的反应。研究发现痕量铋 (III)的存在 ,可以强烈催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮羧I的反应 ,由此建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量铋的新方法。线性范围为铋量在 0~ 0 .2 μg/mL之间 ,检出限为 2 .30× 10 -9g/mL。该方法选择性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于人发。
A new catalytic kinetic system for the determination of trace bismuth(III) by carboxyazo(I) has been established with spectrophotometry. In the medium of H 2SO 4, it is found that Bi 3+ intensively catalyzes the reaction in which the carboxyzao is oxidized by KIO 4. The linear range is from 0 to 0.2?μg·mL -1, the determination limit is 2.30×10 -9?g·mL -12? The method is highly selective and sensitive, and can be applied to the determination of trace bismuth.
