摘要
发现了痕量铋(Ⅲ)在氨性介质中能催化高碘酸钾与靛红之间的褪色反应,研究了反应的最优化条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法的最低检测限为4.9×10-12gBi(Ⅲ)/mL,检测范围为0.003~0.200μgBi(Ⅲ)/25mL,用于测定人发及其它生物样品中痕量铋(Ⅲ),获得了满意结果。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of bismuth(Ⅲ) has been established, based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of indigo carmine by potassium periodate in ammine medium. Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0. 003~0. 200μg Bi(Ⅲ)/25mL. The detection limit is 4. 9×10-12g Bi(Ⅲ)/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount bismuth in human hair with satisfactory result.
