摘要
目的建立火焰原子吸收法测定水杨酸镁片中镁的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收法,检测波长为285.2nm,灯电流为6 mA,狭缝宽度为0.2 nm,燃气流量为1.6 L.min-1,助燃气流量为1.5 L.min-1。结果镁在0.05~0.25μg.mL-1线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,平均加样回收率为98.4%(RSD=1.3%,n=6)。结论所建立的火焰原子吸收法可控制水杨酸镁片中镁的含量,灵敏度高。
Objective To establish an flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of Mg in mag-nesium salicylate tablets. Methods The determination wavelength was 285.2 nm, the electric current of the light was 6 mA, the slit width was 0.2 rim, the flow rate of burning gas was 1.6 L .min - 1 and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 1.5 L . min - 1. Results The good linear relation was determined at 0.05 - 0.25 μg. mL - 1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.4% (RSD = 1.3%, n = 6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, which may be used to control the quality of magnesium salicylate tablets.
